Your Role & ResponsibilitiesAs the first Structural Engineer in this close-knit environment, you'll:
- Develop and implement innovative structural designs with a focus on connection design.
- Collaborate closely with external drawing offices, production teams, and clients, playing a crucial role from conception to completion.
- Bring fresh ideas to enhance and evolve our design and production processes, creating efficient, cost-effective structures.
- Opportunity in time to bring in your own Graduate Engineer to mentor.
