You'll have the autonomy to apply your design expertise and make a tangible difference in the structural designs, connection designs, and steel frameworks that define agricultural, commercial, and industrial projects across the Northeast and beyond.

Your Role & ResponsibilitiesAs the first Structural Engineer in this close-knit environment, you'll:

  • Develop and implement innovative structural designs with a focus on connection design.
  • Collaborate closely with external drawing offices, production teams, and clients, playing a crucial role from conception to completion.
  • Bring fresh ideas to enhance and evolve our design and production processes, creating efficient, cost-effective structures.
  • Opportunity in time to bring in your own Graduate Engineer to mentor.
