Our client is an award winning multi-disciplinary practice offering Architectural, Building Surveying and Interior Design Services to both public and private sector clients across the UK. They are looking for a Building Surveyor to join their multi-disciplinary team in Durham on a full time, permanent basis to work across all sectors including education, health, heritage, commercial, industrial, hotel and leisure.



Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: 30k - 45k (Guide only - DOE)

Building Surveyor Job Overview

  • Undertaking building condition surveys
  • Quinquennial inspections

Building Surveyor Job Requirements

  • BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying
  • Previous work experience essential with an excellent knowledge of building construction and Health & Safety related matters.
  • Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and InDesign
