  • Selling into to architects, main contractors and sub-contractors
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities via networking
  • Order sizes can range between £30,000 - £1m
  • Responsible for coaching and developing a team of 7 sales estimators & project schedulers
  • Manage the teams workflow from enquiry stage through to handover to the manufacturing team, ensuring projects are delivered on time
  • Build and implement new strategies in order to enhance current processes

The ideal applicant will be a Commercial Manager - Doorsets & Hardware with:

  • Must have at least 2 + years of experience coaching & developing a team
  • Must have experience within the construction industry, ideally for a manufacturer
  • Ideally will have some project management experience
  • Any experience with doorsets, screens or ironmongery highly beneficial
  • Commercially minded with a strong business acumen
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Hungry, intelligent and humble
