Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000 + commission

The role of the Commercial Manager Doorsets & Hardware will involve:
Commercial Manager position selling a manufactured range of doorsets, screens and ironmongery
Selling into to architects, main contractors and sub-contractors
- Responsible for coaching and developing a team of 7 sales estimators & project schedulers
- Manage the teams workflow from enquiry stage through to handover to the manufacturing team, ensuring projects are delivered on time
- Build and implement new strategies in order to enhance current processes
Actively seek out new sales opportunities via networking
Order sizes can range between £30,000 - £1m
The ideal applicant will be a Commercial Manager - Doorsets & Hardware with:
Must have at least 2 + years of experience coaching & developing a team
Must have experience within the construction industry, ideally for a manufacturer
Ideally will have some project management experience
Any experience with doorsets, screens or ironmongery highly beneficial
Commercially minded with a strong business acumen
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Hungry, intelligent and humble
