This is an exciting opportunity for an up and coming building surveyor to join a rapidly expanding building surveying specialist company who work on a wide mix of surveying projects. You will be working in the Durham office and receiving training from top chartered building surveyors who will guide you through your career.
We are searching for a talented, enthusiastic, North East based graduate building surveyor to assist with project management, measured surveys, survey drawings and design proposals.

This graduate building surveyor role will suit someone who has recently graduated with a RICS accredited building surveying degree (preferably a Masters), who is eager to get the hands-on site experience in varied surveying projects.
What we are looking for:
* A bright, ambitious, career driven individual, who is willing to learn and progress
* Passion for building surveying
* Good communication skills
* BSc/MSc in Building Surveying (RICS Accredited)
* Proficient with Autocad/CAD
* Based in or near Durham
* Full UK driving licence
* Full right to work in the UK
* Previous experience is preferred, but not essential
