This consultancy has over 30 years' experience advising clients within industrial and retail sectors across the UK, providing quality services to some of the largest PLCs and property owners.

Your duties as a Graduate Building Surveyor include dilapidations, building surveys, schedule of conditions, pre-acquisition surveys, contract administration, project management, party wall awards and reinstatement insurance costs assessments. You will be based in Durham, working on fascinating projects across the UK.
