Role for Project Manager Heels & Brogues Recruitment are working with a highly reputable company with a strong presence across the UK, specialising in geotechnical and environmental services. This role is accountable for the delivery of ground investigation services, assisting in the preparation of tenders, and technical and financial project management. Key performance indicators will be set annually by the directors. The Project Manager is expected to ensure that all technical work is carried out to a high standard, on time, and within budget.


PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND TECHNICAL EXCELLENCE

Coordination and execution of ground investigations.

Contract management, ensuring timely project delivery and profit maximization.

Provide expertise during the planning stage of new projects.

Ensure follow-up on payments for completed works.

Monitor costs related to individual contracts.

Prepare and deliver technical reports.

Assist the HSEQ Advisor in investigating accidents and incidents.

Allocate staff to projects, ensuring competency and proper certification.
