  • Prepare, deliver and coach unemployed learners through their Employability programme from enrolment/induction through to completion, including the delivery of Employability Training and a range of vocational pathways.
  • Provide engaging and exciting training sessions to inspire and motivate learners.
  • The successful candidate will be flexible with their delivery methods, providing differentiation and be able to adapt quickly to learners needs.
  • Plan delivery and assessment through schemes of work and lesson planning.
  • Promote Equality and Diversity, Safeguarding and Health and Safety.
  • As part of the delivery, you will be required to assist clients with CV writing, job search, interview techniques, confidence building and deliver advice and guidance to enable clients to make informed decisions about their future goals.
  • Promote Employability courses to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Candidates must be flexible to pick up other duties as and when required to assist the team overall.
Essential Criteria:
  • Must hold a recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS / PGCE or above / equivalent).
  • Experience of working in employability or any other similar relevant sector
  • GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B – or achievement of a level 2 at Interview
  • Hold a minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma
  • Experience in preparing and delivering training courses, along with classroom management experience.
  • Demonstrate confidence, tenacity and ability to work on own initiative.
  • Demonstrable energy and passion to motivate and train clients towards securing employment.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
