Position:Learning and Development/Training Manager/ Training Consultant.

Location:Home-based with travel across Country Durham
Salary:Up to £40,000 (£35K Basic + £5K Car Allowance)

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging workshops and coaching sessions to care professionals

• Travel to various locations with training equipment to provide in-person learning

• Collaborate with skilled L&D colleagues within health and social care forums

What Were Looking For:

• PTTLS or equivalent qualificationin Education/Training

• NVQ/Diploma Level 3or equivalent in Health and Social Care

• Strong understanding of thecare sector regulatory environment

• Proven experience in training within a healthcare setting

• Excellentcommunication skills at a senior level

• Background in ahighly compliant/CQC organisation
