We are working with one of our clients in Durham who are looking to recruit a Part-Time Customer Support Executive within their manufacturing business. This is a brand new role, the key aspect of this role is to promptly action after sales queries or complaints. The ideal candidate will be process orientated and posess excellent attention to detail.
Hours of work: This vacancy would appeal to anyone interested in working Part-Time, our client is willing to be very flexible and would consider requests for 16 hours up to 30 hours. However, there must be a presence on site over 4 days per week as a minimum, this could be any 4 days Monday-Friday. Start and finish times are completely negotiable.
Duties may include but not limited to:
- Manage all inbound customer support tickets relevant to the after sales process via phone/email
- Analyse information from the customer as part of the initial query
- Cross referencing the information from the customer with order detail
- Reporting directly in to the Operations Director
- Liaising with internal departments to assist in resolving the query
- Feeding information back to the customer
Essential Experience
- Strong level of literacy
- Experienced using various computer software including Excel
- Customer Service
- Ability to work on own initiative
Desired Experience
- Experience handling complaints
