The Job You’ll Do;
- Conduct calls to generate high quality leads in Korean and English.
- Research contacts and consider their requirements prior to communication.
- Acquire, with training, good knowledge of product features and applications and be able to utilise this information efficiently within your communication.
- Understand the needs of the prospective customer and react accordingly.
- Maintain organised and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Support your colleagues and work as a team.
- Deliver a very high standard of quality and professionalism at all times.
- Be available to work Monday to Friday 6am - 10am
About you;
- Full Korean and English Fluency is essential.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Positive attitude and result driven.
- Good team and interpersonal skills
- Confidence to direct the course of a conversation and handle objections.
- Well-organised and conscientious, with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn new processes.
