The role involves working with a large business partner on data projects, including defining business needs, profiling and cleaning data, and developing Power BI reports.
Candidates should have commercial experience with Power BI and SQL, along with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with business analysis techniques such as documentation and business process mapping is also required.
The position offers a salary of £35,000 to £45,000 and requires at least 2 years of relevant experience.

The CompanyNigel Wright Tech is delighted to be working with a data analytics consultancy who are expanding their team with the recruitment of a Data Analyst. The RoleThe role would involve working with a large business partner across specific data projects. Key responsibilities include:

Defining the business need (and documenting)
Profiling the data (which may be in bad shape in some cases)
Cleaning and shaping the data into data models
Developing PowerBI reports

The RequirementsKey requirements include:

Commercial experience using Power BI and SQL
Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering experience
Exposure to some Business Analysis techniques such as documentation, business process mapping and benchmarking
Outstanding communication skills
