Requirements
- Minimum of a Level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management.
- Registered Nurse with an active NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) certificate and PIN.
- Experience working in the healthcare sector.
- Driven, motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
- Strong leadership and management qualities with a dynamic and flexible approach to the role.
