  • Track project progress, monitor budgets, and manage costs related to electrical work.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to verify quality and safety compliance.
  • Resolve technical issues efficiently and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
  • Stay informed on industry standards and best practices.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Background in electrical engineering or relevant field (degree preferred).
  • Proven track record in electrical project management, particularly within construction or refurbishment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of electrical codes and standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Skilled at prioritizing tasks in fast-paced settings.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
  • Relevant certifications (such as CMIOSH, SMSTS) and experience with electronic estimating systems are beneficial.
