Looking for a New Challenge in Electrical Maintenance?
My client is seeking an ambitious Electrical Maintenance Technician to join their team in Durham! In this exciting mobile role, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of electrical systems and fire alarm systems across the Cornerstone Estate in the Durham/Newcastle region.
As this is a mobile position, you will be required to travel to client sites, so a Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

Main Duties:
* Install and maintain electrical and fire alarm systems.
* Identify and report any risks to the client.
* Work on improving and implementing the PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) program.
* Liaise with on-site teams regarding building service-related issues.
* Complete required documentation as specified.
* Attend site meetings and training sessions when required.
* Follow health and safety guidelines and report any concerns accordingly.
* Cooperate with the companies disciplines for multi-discipline services as required.

What We Are Looking For:
* NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 2356 Part 1 & 2
* City & Guilds 2357 (desired)
* BS 7671 Electrical Regulations 18th Edition or 17th Edition
* City & Guilds 2391-52 Electrical Inspection and Testing (desirable)
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
