Mobile Maintenance Electrician
My client is a leading FM and Maintenance company, they are currently recruiting a mobile maintenance electrician to look after two commercial sites. You will have your city and guilds, NVQ or equivalent in electrical with 18thedition and a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

You will be looking after x2 sites with healthcare, one hospital and a medical centre, carry out of all ppm and reactive maintenance to make sure all KPI's are hit. This will include lighting, emergency lighting checks, changing sockets and floor boxes, fault fining back to fuse boards and making isolations where necessary, plant checks and checks o ahu and fan coil units, general paperwork and escorting sub-contractors.
Hours 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
Salary 39-40K with van, phone, laptop, call out, overtime and company benefits.
