Location: Durham - large site based

Contract: Temporary  

Pay rate: £18.85 per hour PAYE or CIS 

Hours: 38.75 per week  Monday to Friday

Duration: On-going 

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a proactive and organised individual for an ongoing temporary position supporting the delivery of multiple lifecycle projects within a sensitive healthcare environment. This opportunity is with a leading facilities management provider, overseeing works such as flooring installation, painting, LED lighting upgrades, and toilet/facility refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, healthcare stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery

     

  • Help coordinate and oversee on-site activities, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency

     

  • Support the management of documentation, schedules, and project updates

     

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel

     

  • Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn on the job

     

  • Effective communicator with strong organisational skills

     

  • Experience within facilities management or a related environment would be beneficial

     

  • CDM (Construction Design and Management) knowledge or experience is also of benefit

     

  • You don't need to be technically qualified, but a practical mindset and eagerness to contribute are key
