Location: Durham, UK (Office-Based)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Hours: Full-Time, 42.5 hours per week (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
Contract: Permanent

About the Role

As a Reactive Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth handling of service maintenance queries and the efficient operation of the FM department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration experience who is looking to develop their career in a supportive and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing incoming job requests, planning workloads, and updating customers.
  • Providing clear and accurate responses to client queries.
  • Raising invoices for completed maintenance and remedial works.
  • Preparing and dispatching completion documentation.
  • Creating and issuing quotations in a timely manner.
  • Weekly reporting on customer accounts.
  • Preparing Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS), and permits as required.
  • Overseeing in-house health and safety responsibilities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and engineers to ensure deadlines are met.
What We’re Looking For

Skills and Experience:

  • 2-3 years of strong office/administration experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
