We are currently seeking a skilled finisher to join our team for an ongoing contract role, working on domestic properties in the Durham area. If you have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering high-quality work, this is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills on an exciting and long-term project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out finishing tasks including plastering, painting, decorating, and other general finishing duties.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, meeting client specifications.
- Working efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining excellent workmanship.
- Liaising with site managers and other team members to coordinate work schedules.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a finisher in domestic properties.
- CSCS card.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
