Estates Surveyor (Capital Delivery)

Fawkes and Reece are looking for an Estates Surveyor to join a leading consultancy to work on behalf of a leading water company in the north.

Estates Surveyor (Capital Delivery): Needs to hit the ground running with good existing knowledge.

• The role requires MRICS qualification with at least 3+ years of post-qualification experience in surveying, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, easements, and managing freehold and leasehold properties.
• Strong knowledge of external property markets, rural and general practice surveying, and property-related legal and technical transactions - settlement calculations for land use/compensation.
• Proficiency in GIS applications, property database programs, and Microsoft Office is necessary for managing land records and negotiating contracts/settlements.

Please note this is a freelance assignment with a duration of 12 months.
