This is an excellent opportunity for a highly qualified HSE Advisor to join our client's manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. This role involves the development, implementation, and maintenance of health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
  • Provide training and support to staff on HSE policies and procedures.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HSE activities.
  • Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

Qualifications:

  • Previous health and safety experience in manufacturing
  • Professional certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
