- A minimum of 6 months experience working within the care sector in the UK
- Two references from former employers, including your most recent employer
- The right to work and live in the UK
- Exceptional communication skills and a caring and empathetic nature.
- Ability to work with a diverse range of clients.
- Able to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask.
