What to Expect

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant on our pathway, you'll support pupils both in groups and on a one-to-one basis across our partner secondary schools, SEN schools, and primary schools. With mentorship and coaching from our experienced team, you'll develop your skills and gain valuable insights into the teaching profession. Placements will be arranged at schools convenient to your location.

What we Need

  • A degree in any subject.
  • A minimum predicted or obtained 2.2 degree.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English (minimum grade 4 or C).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • An organised and efficient approach to your work.
  • A passion for working with young people, particularly in a secondary school setting.
  • Two referees for us to contact.
  • A valid DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one.
