TeacherActive has an amazing opportunity for Teaching Assistant to work with an amazing Primary school based in Central Durham. The schools offers amazing teaching facilities to encourage students with various specific requirements and disabilities to help enhance their quality of learning and keep the students engaged, which allows such a positive environment.
The school is seeking a Teaching Assistant to work within the Early Years class, supporting the pupils, the classroom and the class teacher. The role may also require 1-1 and small group work so must be comfortable leading interventions.
A successful Teaching Assistant:
- Supporting teaching and learning level 3.
- Experience working in an Early Years Classroom.
- Have the ability encourage pupils' confidence, learning and development.
