- Extensive experience in senior HR roles, ideally within a fast-growing professional services firm.
- A track record of shaping HR strategies that balance compliance, business growth, and people development.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and best HR practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills – you’ll need to influence, inspire, and drive change at all levels of the business.
