The firm's next phase of evolution demands an HR Director with a clear vision for how strategy, compliance, and people development intersect. This isn’t about just ticking boxes – this is about playing a key part in the firm’s success by ensuring that their people are aligned, engaged, and legally protected. You’ll build a strategic HR roadmap that fosters growth, attracts top talent, and ensures compliance at every step. You'll collaborate closely with the Partners and senior leadership to design and implement HR strategies that will future-proof the business. What You’ll Do:
  • Strategic Influence: Design and implement a forward-thinking HR strategy that directly supports Clive Owen LLP’s growth objectives and enhances overall business performance.
  • Compliance Mastery: Lead the charge in ensuring that the firm is fully compliant with employment law and regulations. You’ll stay ahead of changes, manage risk, and advise senior leaders on the latest developments.
  • Talent and Growth: Own talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies that attract, nurture, and retain top talent. This is about helping the firm stay ahead of the curve by ensuring they have the right people in the right roles at the right time.
  • Culture Champion: You’ll be responsible for driving a culture of inclusion, high performance, and innovation. You’ll champion employee wellbeing and foster a supportive, collaborative environment across the firm’s five locations.
