Your new companyA world renowned educational establishment, one of the biggest employers in DurhamYour new roleAre you an experienced Payroll Manager from a large organisation with extensive payroll knowledge?My client in Durham is looking for someone to hit the ground running, work with the team and support them with all aspects of payroll as well as supporting and motivating the team.You will need excellent technical knowledge of payroll, and also be able to advise the team around technical processes. Ideally you will have lots of HMRC experience too. If you also have Oracle HCM experience that would be useful too - but not essential.One of the posts is to manage the day-to-day payroll activity; another colleague will continue to line manage the team, however, daily direction and supervision of activity will be required. The other post will be to focus on end of year reconciliation and anything that may potentially come out of the imminent HMRC audit.
