This is an excellent opportunity for an QHSE Advisor to join their manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, and for promoting a culture of continuous improvement in quality, health, safety, and environmental practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE management systems in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with QHSE policies and procedures.
  • Experience of conducting workplace health and safety risk assessments.
  • Provide training and support to employees on QHSE matters, including safe work practices and emergency procedures.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents and develop corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
  • Monitor and report on QHSE performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
  • Oversee and develop quality control procedures to ensure compliance with internal standards and fulfilment of customer expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all QHSE documentation is up-to-date and accurately maintained.
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a QHSE role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QHSE management software.
