Lift Service Engineer

Location: Field-Based – Northeast
Salary: Up to £40,000 basic package + lucrative out-of-hours earnings
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 08:00 – 17:30 (plus call-out rota)

The Role

As a Lift Service Engineer, you’ll work from home, reporting to our Bromyard office, and play a key role in keeping our clients’ lifts running smoothly. You’ll handle servicing and minor repairs, managing your own schedule, while also joining our call-out rota to support clients outside regular hours.

What We’re Looking For:

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Lift Engineering
Proven experience in lift servicing and minor repairs
Full UK driving licence
A proactive, self-starting attitude
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Respect and empathy for the care-focused environments we serve

Note: Advanced DBS checks are required due to the nature of our work.

- Basic Salary: £36k
- NVQ3 (Service/Install): £4k/£2k

Lucrative Out-of-Hours Earnings: £100 per callout + 1.5x overtime rate, among the best in the industry!
