Job Description:
As a Process Engineer, you will drive process improvements, support plant capital projects, and deliver technical expertise to production teams. You will play a critical role in ensuring optimal operations, implementing innovative solutions, and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading process engineering projects to meet objectives and deadlines.
- Providing technical guidance for process start-ups and transitions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Developing technical documentation and regulatory reports.
- Supporting the sales team by aligning technical capabilities with customer needs.
As a Process Engineer, you will also cover QA functions during absences and participate in designing and commissioning new projects at the plant.
Skills & Experience:
- A degree (or equivalent) in a chemical engineering or related qualification.
- Proficiency in manufacturing processes, particularly activated carbon cloth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literacy and innovative problem-solving ability.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
