Job Description:

As a Process Engineer, you will drive process improvements, support plant capital projects, and deliver technical expertise to production teams. You will play a critical role in ensuring optimal operations, implementing innovative solutions, and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading process engineering projects to meet objectives and deadlines.
  • Providing technical guidance for process start-ups and transitions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Developing technical documentation and regulatory reports.
  • Supporting the sales team by aligning technical capabilities with customer needs.


As a Process Engineer, you will also cover QA functions during absences and participate in designing and commissioning new projects at the plant.

Skills & Experience:

  • A degree (or equivalent) in a chemical engineering or related qualification.
  • Proficiency in manufacturing processes, particularly activated carbon cloth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and innovative problem-solving ability.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
