COMMERCIAL BUILD SITE MANAGERS OF THE NORTH EAST!

Are you a results-oriented leader with a proven track record of delivering high quality projects in the construction industry?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion.
Manage and motivate a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on site.
Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality control throughout the project.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5 years' experience in a construction site management role.
Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specification.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and health and safety regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
SMSTS and a valid CSCS Managers Card is desirable.
