Are you a results-oriented leader with a proven track record of delivering high quality projects in the construction industry?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion.
  • Manage and motivate a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on site.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality control throughout the project.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a construction site management role.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specification.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • SMSTS and a valid CSCS Managers Card is desirable.
