What Youll Be Doing:
- Planned and preventative maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently
- Welding and fabrication work as required for maintenance and upgrades
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime
- Working with the wider engineering team to optimise plant performance
What Were Looking For:
- Mechanical engineering experience in manufacturing or a similar environment
- Strong PPM knowledge with a proactive approach to maintenance
- Welding and fabrication skills (MIG, TIG, or ARC experience beneficial)
- Willingness to work weekends as part of the 3-day shift pattern
