Practice Manager

A well-established and friendly GMS training GP practice is seeking to hire a Practice Manager. The practice places a strong emphasis on staff well-being and is committed to maintaining a positive work-life balance and a supportive working environment. As Practice Manager, you will work alongside a collaborative team of partners who trust you to manage operations autonomously.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading a team, along with solid financial, HR management and recruitment skills. You should be able to remain calm under pressure and focus on the bigger picture, identifying potential opportunities and threats and formulating objectives and ideas for the future practice development.

The practice is a well organised and forward thinking which operates as a single practice PCN supported by a robust administrative team and serves a patient list of approximately 20,000. The practice has a varied workforce involving services including Pharmacy, Podiatry, First Contact Physiotherapy and many more. The Practice also promotes a strong network of support and collaborative working environments.
