- Face to face technical assistance to customers.
- Installation of water meters, and water efficiency products in a commercial and domestic environment.
- Identification of potential events/incidents 4. Ensure that neither Health & Safety or Water Quality is compromised.
- Assist repair and maintenance teams
- Identification and location of leaks on underground network
- Enforcement of Water Regulations
- Completion of reports, as appropriate
- Meet the Company's customer service target
- Manage customers expectations in line with preferred/optimum operational requirements
- Identification of commercial opportunities.
- Participate in out of hours standby rota
- In addition, line managers may request employees to carry out other reasonable tasks in line with operational needs.
- Driving Licence
- NVQ Level 2 in plumbing (or equivalent), as a minimum.
- Previous customer service experience
- Knowledge of relevant policies/procedures
- City & Guilds Water Regulations
- NRSWA (Signing, Lighting & Guarding)
- Water Hygiene (blue card)
