This is a strategic role focused on consolidating and standardising categories such as IT, Facilities, Hygiene, HR, and Marketing - helping to unlock efficiencies and maximise value.Day In The Life:* Managing key categories of indirect spend and supporting strategic sourcing activities.* Leading tenders, analysing bids, and awarding contracts aligned to policy and ESG goals.* Building strong supplier relationships and negotiating favourable terms.* Identifying savings opportunities across UK operations and supporting European initiatives.* Working with internal stakeholders to understand needs and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.* Maintaining data accuracy within SAP and supporting invoice query resolution.* Mentoring the Procurement Administrator and improving the Purchase to Pay process.* Supporting wider procurement projects led by the Head of Procurement.What We're Looking For:* Strong experience in indirect procurement or strategic buying roles.* Proven track record of managing suppliers and driving commercial outcomes.* Confident communicator able to engage cross-functional stakeholders.* Process-minded with good analytical skills and ERP experience (ideally SAP).* A collaborative approach and a passion for continuous improvement.Package & Benefits: 12 month fix term contract -* Salary up to £55,000 based on experience* Holiday 25 days plus bank holidays* Hours 8:30am to 5:00pm * Various other benefits such as 4 x death in service, employee assistance programmes, retail discount schemes etc…Why Join Us?This is your chance to step into a high-impact role in a supportive and collaborative environment.
