The Role:
As Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for multiple housing developments from inception through to final accounts. Working closely with the wider commercial and operational teams, you will play a vital role in ensuring developments are delivered efficiently, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing budgets and forecasts for residential developments
  • Preparing and analysing costings for tenders
  • Procuring subcontractors and materials
  • Managing subcontractor payments and valuations
  • Supporting the wider team with commercial decision-making
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual and financial procedures
  • Preparing reports for internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the housebuilding or residential construction sector
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A proactive and team-focused attitude
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar (preferred)
