The Role:
As Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for multiple housing developments from inception through to final accounts. Working closely with the wider commercial and operational teams, you will play a vital role in ensuring developments are delivered efficiently, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing budgets and forecasts for residential developments
Preparing and analysing costings for tenders
Procuring subcontractors and materials
Managing subcontractor payments and valuations
Supporting the wider team with commercial decision-making
Ensuring compliance with contractual and financial procedures
Preparing reports for internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the housebuilding or residential construction sector
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A proactive and team-focused attitude
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar (preferred)
