We specialise in Utilities (Power/Telecoms), Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Electric Vehicle Hub Installations. We have built our business on a foundation of expertise, teamwork and providing quality turnkey solutions for our clients that exceed expectations.

Continuing our upward trajectory and continuous pipeline of secured contracts, we are planning to expand and invest across all teams in the coming months. Presently, we require an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our site team to work across a diverse range of projects.

Reporting to the Managing QS and working closely with the Operational Team you will be responsible for the delivery and management of a

variety of projects as well as providing regular updates on the performance of on-going projects.

Your day-to-day role;

  • ? Establish, maintain and enhance effective working relationships

  • ? Prepare monthly Cost Value Reconciliation reports

  • ? Work closely with Project Management and site teams

  • ? Preparing, submitting, and agreeing Interim Valuations

  • ? Attend weekly/monthly project reviews

  • ? Prepare weekly/monthly reports

  • ? Identify, notify and value change

  • ? Procurement of subcontractors ,plant and materials

  • ? Monthly sub-contractor payment certification, agreement of

    variations / final accounts.

  • ? Ensuring required Payment/Pay-less notices are issued.

  • ? Attend Client progress meetings

  • ? Assist with preparation of Extension of Time and Loss & Expense

    Submissions

  • ? Submission & Negotiation of Final Accounts

    Requirements

  • ? Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or similar.

  • ? 5years experience in Civil Engineering/ Infrastructure preferable.

  • ? NEC experience.

  • ? Strong commercial attitude, negotiation skills and excellent

    communication are essential.

  • ? Motivated, driven and works well within team.
