Estates Management Surveyor

Fawkes and Reece are looking for an Estates Management Surveyor to join a leading consultancy on behalf of a large water company within the north.

Estates Management Surveyor: Must have experience of rent reviews and property/land portfolio maintenance. Would suit a general/rural practice background.

• The role requires MRICS qualification with at least 3+ years of post-qualification experience in surveying, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, easements, and managing freehold and leasehold properties.
• Understand rent review process, agricultural and tenant rents, understands documentation and process.

Please note this is a freelance assignment with a duration of 12 months.
