Full-time. Permanent.

Job description:

It is preferable that applicants have property management (and Reapit software) experience as well as a keen interest in this area.

The successful candidate should be able to deliver under pressure and be confident in dealing with clients both in person and over the phone.

Arranging and monitoring maintenance works in a timely manner to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.

Coordinating check ins, check outs, liaising with landlords regarding repairs and carrying out inventory updates.

Carrying out periodic property inspections.

The Individual:

· Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

· Full and clean UK driving licence

· Confident at dealing with clients both in person, over the phone and in writing

· Provide excellent customer service

· Professional, reliable, with a positive and enthusiastic approach

· Self-motivation with a 'can do’ attitude.

Hours: are Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5.15pm and Saturdays on a rota, 9 - 4pm (day off in lieu).
