About the Role
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role with the exciting expansion period by developing and maintaining the company profile and values to all clients.
The Responsibilities include:
- Help grow our reputation and network across the north of England
- Develop and build a healthy pipeline in line with our business development strategy
- Engage with business owners and decision makers to share what we do with them
- Reach out to businesses via telephone, email and online tools such as LinkedIn to arrange meetings
- Meet with businesses to discuss our services either face to face and online via Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Develop email campaigns using content and resources available.
- Work with social media team to ensure we’re getting the right messages out there.
About You
Are you a motivated and passionate Business Development Manager with experience of working in a HR environment?
If this sounds like you, we really want to hear from you. You will require to have the following skills:
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role.Â
- Clean Full UK Driving Licence.
- Proven record of meeting KPI’s
- Excellent Communicator
