Exciting Opportunity for a Geography Teacher in Durham!
Are you a passionate Geography teacher looking to start a new role ASAP? Whether you're an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or a Fully Qualified Teacher (FQT), we want to hear from you!
About the Role:
• Teach Geography to KS3 and KS4 students with a range of abilities.
• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that bring Geography to life.
• Participate in a variety of extracurricular activities to enrich student experiences.
What You’ll Need:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
• Solid understanding of the Geography curriculum with the ability to reach diverse learners.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• An Enhanced Child-Only DBS check registered with the Update Service (we can assist with this if needed).
• Two professional references from recent employment.
