Supervising Social Worker - No Form Fs
salary between 41,000 - 47,579 per annum, depending on experience
NonStop Care is working with one of the most reputable Independent Fostering Agencies in the North East of England in order to help them find a permanent Supervising Social Worker.
In this role, you will only be providing support and supervision to the foster carers. You will not be required to complete any Form F Assessments on top, making your role a bit less stressful. They use Independent Form F Assessors to do the Form Fs for them, so you will never have to do it.
Responsibilities:
The Supervising Social Worker will oversee a small caseload of about 12 foster families located around the North East of England.
You will be offered the flexibility to work form home mostly, with only one day work from the office. This will allow you to have a good work - life balance.
They are a not for profit Independent Fostering Agency, so it is a very nice please to work for. They invest some of their profits back into their services, offering the Social Worker access to ongoing training and support.
They have a Good Ofsted and they are therapeutic. You will work alongside therapists so you ca enhance your therapeutic fostering skills.

Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or within a LAC team. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
