Non-Case Holding Social Worker - MASH TeamDurham, UK£20 - £27 per hour
About the Role:Randstad is partnering with the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team in Durham to recruit a skilled and proactive Social Worker. This is a non-case-holding role, providing an excellent opportunity to focus on assessment, analysis, and partnership collaboration to ensure timely safeguarding interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage and assess incoming referrals to determine the level of risk and the most appropriate response.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on safeguarding matters to ensure the safety and well-being of children and vulnerable individuals.
- Contribute to multi-agency meetings and decision-making processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, in compliance with legal and professional standards.
- Support the delivery of high-quality safeguarding services, adhering to relevant legislation and local procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in children's services, safeguarding, or related areas.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding legislation, policies, and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills to manage complex information effectively.
