Learning Support Assistant - Alternative Education Provision Durham, DH7We are seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join an alternative education provision in Meadowfield, Durham. This is an exciting opportunity to work with young people who require extra support to achieve their full potential.Role Highlights:

Provide one-to-one and small group support
Help students overcome barriers to learning
Work in a nurturing, flexible environment

Working hours 9:00 am- 2:30 pm

Requirements:

Experience in supporting young people (desirable)
Passion for making a positive difference
Patient, empathetic, and adaptable
Sense of humour and a resilient nature essential
