- MTrec are currently recruiting for a well-established manufacturing firm based in the Meadowfiled area.
The Job You’ll Do;
- Load 500kg steel rolls to the machine using hoists
- Basic machine programming
- Optimise production to arrange and carry out preventative maintenance of the machine and troubleshoot issues
- Be able to use vernier gauges to set machine tooling within 0.1mm
- Use of hand tools to set machine tooling to suit parameters
- Follow all safety procedures and be QA focused
- Produce parts in line with the production plan and work orders
- Perform first piece inspection and in line quality audits
About You;
- Used to working in a fast paced production environment.
- Focused on quality and able to produce products to a high standard.
- Working either independently or within a team.
- Be consistent, accurate and ensure that procedures are followed.
- Physically fit as some products are heavy.
