MTrec’s New Opportunity;

  • MTrec are currently recruiting for a well-established manufacturing firm based in the Meadowfiled area.

The Job You’ll Do;

  • Load 500kg steel rolls to the machine using hoists
  • Basic machine programming
  • Optimise production to arrange and carry out preventative maintenance of the machine and troubleshoot issues
  • Be able to use vernier gauges to set machine tooling within 0.1mm
  • Use of hand tools to set machine tooling to suit parameters
  • Follow all safety procedures and be QA focused
  • Produce parts in line with the production plan and work orders
  • Perform first piece inspection and in line quality audits

About You;

  • Used to working in a fast paced production environment.
  • Focused on quality and able to produce products to a high standard.
  • Working either independently or within a team.
  • Be consistent, accurate and ensure that procedures are followed.
  • Physically fit as some products are heavy.
