Our client, a multi-award-winning luxury travel agency recently crowned Best Small Agency in the North East, is looking for a Travel Consultant to join their team. You’ll be at the heart of turning clients’ travel dreams into reality, specialising in bespoke, high-end holidays.

Whether you’ve travelled the globe or have a desire to see more of it, your love for exploration will be a huge asset (but don't worry – international travel experience, while a bonus, isn’t a must).

Are you the right person for the job?

1+ years of travel industry experience, allowing you to hit the ground running, using your expertise to deliver top-notch service
Attention to detail is key when creating these high-end, tailor-made holidays
Bring your A-game to ensure customer satisfaction and branch success
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive work environment
Comfortable using booking systems (GDS experience like Sabre is a bonus), as well as social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook

What will your day-to-day look like?

Engage with customers, identifying their travel needs and creating personalised itineraries
Use your product knowledge to provide impeccable service, ensuring every booking is flawless
Contribute to the branch’s success by maximising bookings and hitting sales targets
