MTrec is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative position at a respected manufacturing company in the Durham area.
Candidates should have a counterbalance license and warehouse experience, with a desirable reach license offered through training.
The role involves unloading/loading vehicles, picking stock, checking deliveries, and completing stock checks using a stock control system.
The position offers ongoing work with overtime available, on a 4 on 4 off schedule, with shifts from 06:00 to 18:00 and 18:00 to 06:00.
The pay for this role is £14.30 per hour.

MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Durham area. MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for an ongoing position.

The Role:

As Warehouse Operative you will be unloading and loading vehicles, picking stock and putting away materials and finished goods in the correct location.
You will ensure all thermoforming and extrusion lines are adequately serviced/replenished with materials.
You will ensure goods delivered by suppliers are checked against delivery notes and are recorded accurately.
As Warehouse Operative you will be returning materials to the warehouse post production ensuring material is securely wrapped, labelled and transferred to the correct location using the company’s stock control system.
As Warehouse Operative you will complete stock checks and cycle counts updating the system accurately.
As a Warehouse Operative you will be working with your team to maintain a clean, safe working area.

The Person:

Counterbalance licence is essential
Desirable reach licence but not essential as full licence training offered where required.
Warehouse Experience
Manufacturing understanding
Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and preferably has used warehousing software previously
Good verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic and team player
Ability to take & follow instructions
