About the Role:As a Warehouse Operative, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that stock is accurately picked and prepared for delivery to our valued customers. You'll play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of efficiency and quality!
Main Duties Include:
- Accurately picking stock.
- Checking in goods inwards in accordance with company guidelines.
- Loading and unloading goods from storage racking while adhering to safety protocols and documentation.
- Safely operating Mechanical Handling Equipment as part of your daily duties.
- Conducting accurate stock checks as necessary.
- Completing all paperwork meticulously and returning it to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensuring all returned stocks are processed following given instructions.
- Maintaining hygiene and carrying out maintenance tasks as directed by your supervisor.
- Adhering to Health & Safety regulations and contributing to a safe working environment.
Additional Duties:
- Support your team by providing training to new members when needed.
- Follow all company rules and quality procedures to maintain the highest standards.
What We're Looking For:Essential Requirements:
- Experience with Reach, Counterbalance, and LLOP (Counterbalance not essential).
- Flexibility to adapt to varying work patterns.
- Prior order picking experience in a warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with using Order Picking and Powered Pallet Truck MHE.
- A proven track record of reliability in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
