£40,000 - £45000 + £5000 OTE

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager for a company in the Gloucester Area that build a variety of special purpose machinery that is supplier Internationally.

With no day ever being the same the Sales Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales function, including helping to shape and develop the company's short, medium and longer term strategies.
  • Working with existing customers and developing new relationships.
  • Ensuring the development of specific products and services that best fits the customer
  • Presenting proposal and closing the sales that are best for the business needs.
  • Project manage the sales of product through to acceptance and beyond.
  • Flexibility to Travel both Nationally and Internationally.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Experience in an Engineering Sales Environment (Specialist Machinery Preferred)
  • Flexibility to Travel internationally when required
  • Managing own diary and workload
  • Experience contributing to the strategy of the business
  • Attention to Detail
  • Self-Motivated
