What You’ll Do
- Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere for children aged 1-5 years old.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development.
- Observe and assess children’s progress and share insights with parents and caregivers.
- Collaborate with a passionate team to create a supportive environment for both children and staff.
- Ensure the highest standards of care and safety are maintained at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- A qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3 in Childcare or equivalent).
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Experience in a nursery or early years setting is a plus, but we welcome all applicants who share our dedication to children’s growth!
