Imagine leading a team of four Site Managers on this prestigious project, a striking mix of apartments and offices featuring a beautifully retained traditional facade and a robust steel frame structure. This is your chance to make a real impact, shaping a development that will become a cornerstone of the community. Crucially, experience in delivering apartment block schemes up to 6 storeys is essential for this role.
Reporting directly to a highly supportive Contracts Manager who is passionate about growth, you'll have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and take your career to the next level. This role is perfect for a seasoned Project Manager looking for a new challenge, or a Senior Site Manager ready to step up and take on greater responsibility.
What We Offer:
- Base Salary: Between 60,000 - 70,000 per annum dependant upon experience
- Car or Car Allowance: Choose the option that suits you best.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in construction project management (or significant experience as a Senior Site Manager ready for promotion).
- Essential: Experience delivering apartment block schemes up to 6 storeys.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for quality and attention to detail.
- Experience with projects of similar scale and complexity is desirable.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
